True Chris. There's plenty takers for aus beef, it always seems to be taken by the time I get to the supermarket because it's very good. Any barley surplus would be no problem either if you just added water, yeast and hops to the supply.

Fear not Aus. You can off load that prime beef Anywhere. If it's not "fit" for Chinese consumption take your trade elsewhere you know you can. Got the whole world at your finger tips, (with a ratio of 207% in the high self sufficient stakes you can dangle the carrot anywhere - except maybe Argentina and Uruguay who top out the charts, but lots of other choices.)
