The reset button's in a deep underground base somewhere in the US and to get to it we have to first take back our government.(metaphor) After we're back in control we can then find a way to push the button and reset back.... I prefer to fix a few more items than you in the constitution. Like Article six paragraph one, which states "All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation." No need for that to be in there. The 2nd Amendment needs to be very clear about weapons and rights there of. There need's to be much more protections against modern big brother. There needs to be penalty's and jail time included in breaking or bending the constitutional laws. We need to create and fund an agency that would have the highest security clearance to monitor all black budget and otherwise operations to insure they where not breaking the constitution. That same agency would also insure that the politicians where not breaking the constitution. Laws would be created to enable the people to force the new agency to investigate anything they need done (with 2500 person petitions signed) and jail time dispensed not fines to that agency and its members for not investigating into something.

Those are the types of changes that need to be made... Civil rights violations today are not adequate, what needs to be put in place to enforce the constitution is jail time not fines for them knowingly going against the constitution. Like 2 years in jail for violating the 2nd amendment, 1 year in jail for breaking 4th, 1st or 5th, Judges, Police and Congress included.

Going back to 1789 will just make our children and grand children have to deal with the NWO's children and grand children. Thats how i see it

I agree LS, except that this would only bring the same scum out of the woodwork to trick people into voting for them and putting the fox in charge of the henhouse. Just another bloated bureaucracy full of fine words and dire deeds. I've proposed a similar idea in the past though that I call the Lottoriate. This would be composed of 100 members (two from each state) selected by random LOTTERY with handfull of alternates picked as well in case one of those selected is physically or mentally unable to serve or simply refuses. Shopkeepers. housewives, auto mechanics, engineers, school teachers, artists, short order cooks, accountants. pilots, dog walkers, and the full spectrum of American society. TRUE representatives of the people instead of the scumbag lawyers and CEOs which make up 90% of government now. It would also be good to stagger the lottory so that one rep is chosen every four years with an eight year term so that half the reps would always have at least four years of experience in the post.
