This is part 3 of a 3 part series involving recent government actions which appear to represent a move by our government towards more transparency and accountability of our government. In part one we discussed the intent of our Founders for government be transparent and accountable in anticipation of the nature of mankind.
In part 1 we also discussed the decision by Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau to outsource major internal investigations to the Minnesota BCA in an attempt to restore public trust in the MPD. You can read part 1 by clicking here http://t.co/eM1OyheqVF.
In Part 2 we discussed the recent ruling by Federal Judge Richard Leon that NSA phone snooping was unconstittutional. You can read Part 2 by clicking here http://goo.gl/AJUBJx
In Part 3 this writer will share his thoughts on:
For your convenience, here again is a link to the Major Media's version of what transpired:
Minnesota Judges face new financial disclosure requirements http://strib.mn/1bSm0n7
Of these 3 recent government actions, this writer is least confident
of the sincerity of intent by the Minnesota Legislature and Minnesota
State Judges implied here.
A summary of the major media's reporting on this matter would have
you believe that judges don't get much in the way income outside of
their judge salaries. The only real exception is Supreme
Court
Justice Alan Page, but Mr. Page was formerly a Vikings Football player
who the story seems to indicate shouldn't penalized for having a prior
life. After Mr. Page's nearly $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars),
comes Judge David Stas at $14,000.00 and Judge G. Barry Anderson
$3250.00. And several others received less than than that. A Minnesota
Supreme Court justice’s annual salary is $151,820; a Court of Appeals
judge earns $143,054.
Buried 8 well-spun paragraphs down in the article is some news that
is more real. A group called the Center for Public Integrity based out
of Washington DC, gave Minnesota and 43 others states failing grades.
The Center for Public Integrity appears to have been founded in 1989.
THE REST OF THE STORY (AND THE TRUTH)
This article is the first time that this writer has ever heard of the
Center for Public Integrity. As this writer's regular readers already
know, for 20+ years this writer has tried unsuccessfully to obtain
redress for witness tampering that escalated to an unrescinded,
government sanctioned death threat. This writer alleges that former
Minnesota US Attorney David Lillehaug, a now deceased Senator and the
Senator's now former Chief of Staff Jeff Blodgett killed the
investigation and covered it up. Other Federal and State officials this
writer contacted at the time basically said, "Sorry to hear that" or
"that's to bad". There was no rush to right this wrong. Corruption was
well entrenched in Minnesota already back then. The internet did not
exist 20 years ago. And there was no cost or time effective way to find
others similarly aggrieved.
With the advent of the proliferation of the internet in the early
2000's, this writer was able to find other persons who had suffered
injustices at the hands of the Minnesota
Judiciary.
From 2005 until the present, a loose coalition of hundreds of
Minnesotans asked the Minnesota State House and Senate Judiciary
Committees for a hearing to give evidence and testimony of systemic
corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. For the first few years, the
Republicans kept saying that the Democrats were the majority and the
majority selects the Committee Chairs. And the Committee Chairs have
absolute control over the Committee Agenda. But when the Republicans
got control of both the House and Senate in 2010, the Republican Chairs
of both the House and Senate Committees also denied the hearing.
9 years and 8 Legislative Sessions and no hearings. Does this sound like the Democrat Process as...

Thank you, my fellow citizens, for taking your valuable time to read and reflect upon what is written here.
If what is written here rings true to you, perhaps you should contact
your local elected officials and let them know. If you are afraid of
repercussions, snail mail it anonymously and ask them to respond in the
local paper or their own monthly/quarterly internet newsletter. Even if
this article refers to something outside you geographic area, it still
likely applies to your location. Remember all those taxpayer training
junkets we taxpayers send the bureaucrats on? They all learn the same
“livestock management” techniques to use on WE THE PEOPLE.
And that leaves WE THE PEOPLE with this conundrum: While our
#Government works full time with compensation and funded with our money
for the cause of #Tyranny; WE THE PEOPLE are forced to work part time
without compensation for the cause of #liberty with what is left over of
our time, money and energy.
Finally, this article is written with the same intentions as Thomas Paine
http://ushistory.org/paine. I seek no leadership role. I seek only to help the American People find their own way using their own “Common Sense”
