Abandoned Pressure Cooker Leads To Bomb Scare At Saugus Mall
SAUGUS (CBS) – A pressure cooker created a brief scare at the Square One Mall late Monday morning.
Police and the State Police Bomb Squad were called in after someone reported seeing a suspicious package around 11:15 a.m. in the parking garage.
According to State Fire Marshal Stephen Coan’s office, it was an empty pressure cooker with the lid on.
No one was hurt.
