386,000 troops trained with 9 week UN Peacekeepers course in CONUS to learn English, Urban Warfare, US Weapons systems beginning 4th week of July and completed by Oct. 1/2013

First EVER testing of GPS & communications Satellites coordinated for test date of Sept. 20, 2013

ALL DHS agents MUST qualify with sidearms, shotguns and AR-15's by Sept. 28th, 2013

ALL National Guard units mandated to complete "riot control and disaster assistance training" by Sept. 30, 2013

And last but not least POTUS mandates to FEMA and DHS concerning support for Metro communities dealing with  extreme climate change must BE COMPLETED BY Oct. 1, 2013.

Looks to me like they are going to use the Chem-trails to whip up another man-made Hurricane Sandy and "hit it out to Region 3 using HARP like a giant baseball bat.  Hurricane "Sandy" was man-made - and not coincidence for timing of Obama's re-election promises as he "toured" the devastated area to console Americans who would then vote for him.
