I'm also surrounded by US persons with absolutely no clue. The biggest things in their lives are tupperware,etc parties and the next(or previous) ballgame. I gave up trying to wake them up a few years ago. Can't even hardly speak to them in passing. Hopefully they've forgotten that I'm one of the two local nut-jobs. The other guy is about 5 miles away. His family and mine are the only non-US persons in the area.

You're right above Pit Bull... Bilbo? I'm in Sheboygan myself and it is right on the shoreline of Lake MI, an hour north... give or take from Milwaukee.

I am in the prescence of a lot of 2nd amendment lovers where I live. And I know they are in Illinois too. Power to the people in Illinois to break these snakes in suits and make them slither back to the cave from which they came! The damn tyrants!!!

I saw where you posted elsewhere that you were from Sheboygan. I'm now in Menomonie, just west of Eau Claire. I was born and raised in Whitefish Bay.(Burb of Milw.) I've been meaning to say something to you. My wife's half brother is a Lieutenant in the Sheboygan police force in the door smashing, people beating, drug enforcement part. He claims he's a Christian. My wife's step father is very proud of him. I met this guy years ago, before I woke up. If you want to nail this turkey you might look and see if there is a law on the books that he has to live where he serves. He does not live in the Sheboygan area. This bastard is bad. He's been suspended before for using excessive force. He is a BIG boy.

Well the politicians we have in this state arent an better than whats in Washington.This is how they are going to try and take away all our rights.They are trying the same thing in California. Illinois is even thinking of giving the illegals drivers licenses,guess so that after they have all our guns they can go cruising through the neighborhoods terrorizing people.Quinn is no better fit for a governor than his predecessor blogobitch,or any of the other scum and scoundrels before him.Hes all about money an power. This state pretty much sucks really,but they are all getting thi way now.People arent going to have any where to run.

Illinois must have been picked as a testing ground for this. Apparently, Chicago is supposed to be the capitol of that Region, out of the ten regions. They already have a gun ban in Chicago as far as I know. Lotta good it did them.

Need to keep an eye on the 10 Regions and see if they start the bans in the states that will hold the capitol of that Region.

I think the face of the gun legislation will only list minor bans, but deeper inside the bill will be the total ban verbiage. As in--Gotta pass it before we can read it excuse.

A rifle that you have to keep pulling the trigger over and over again is not an automatic weapons. Automatic weapons have been banned already since 1986. I hate it when politicians lie and the media buys it hook, line and sinker.

Sorry to correct you Ben, but fully automatic weapons have been baned since the 30's.  It is just too difficult to buy and posess a fully automatic weapon of any sort....

It is the best news this Veteran for Peace has heard in a long time.  However the Gary Coopers of High Noon will win out. They always have. I had a T-shirt made the other day. It says - "Only Cowards Carry Guns." I've got a few ugly comment primarily from women.

Please watch the vid I posted below Sheridan! Please take a moment and think about the common man and not the military for a second. If we lose our right to bear arms... we will be fighting bears with only our fists. WTF????

The 2nd Amendment was not written for hunting anyways. It was written to deter the government from becoming tyrannical. The Government is suppose to be in fear of the people... and not the opposite.
