Turmeric and Turmeric's active ingredient "Curcumin" are also "excellent" to prevent and cure many diseases.Alzheimer's disease is rare in India due to the daily consumption of Turmeric. It dissolves the "walls" erected by Alzheimer's disease between the brain cells that stops the neurotransmitters communicating with each other and shutting down the brain.
