Did I see the man with the white T-shirt take something from somewhere and add it to the pile of stuff the other thug was taking out of the man's pocket. Looked like a small bag of ..... Yes I did see it. did you?

As these ARSEHOLES are NOT police officers, they, as far as I am concerned are NOT permitted to seize property to be used as evidence as they are not under an oath to protect and serve, (haha). Anything that they produce as supposed evidence is hearsay, their word against that of James and his family. Surely it is illegal to drive unlicenced vehicles on the public highway even in gangsterland USA, isn't it?

  They were probably looking for his nipples. if these bounty hunters had been tagged in the back of the head from 100 yards, they would have nobody to blame but themselves. This is an illegal arrest and the 'bounty hunters' overstepped their authority. This CJ squad belongs in prison for life.
