Chief: Drones 'certainly' coming to skies over Beltway

WASHINGTON - Look up. Drones are "certainly" coming to the skies over the Beltway in the next few years, one area police chief says.
The use of drones in the D.C. area became public information last week, after the Federal Aviation Administration released a list of agencies currently or previously permitted to use the unmanned aerial vehicles. It included many federal departments, such as Agriculture, Homeland Security and Energy as well as local organizations such as Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Tech.
Soon, the Fairfax County Police Department may be added to that list.

Man, who would have ever thought that we would have drones flying over US cities? The next step beyond this is to expand the war on terror to the homeland and arm these drones. How much is America willing to give up before they lose it all?

take away there televisions, cell phones and video games that would move em a little .. it is so freekin nutz that people just accept this stuff. i just watched a documentary [another one ..] on ww11 it is amazing how slow it really happened and the devastation afterwards was incredibly bad.. i never knew the German women were raped for years by the Russians and many many women committed suicide because of the Russian occupation untill the reunification. there is so much i don't know,.. sigh.. but the nazi thing didn't happen over night.. and the German people said .. "we didn't know" americans will say the same thing... "we didn't know" not knowing is no excuse and the consequences are deadly ... the documentary i watched said there were 40million deaths in ww11 most were civilian it was a history channel doc .. i don't know if i can trust the numbers but a lot of people died and the entire European community looked like a nothing but rubble and we know the elite still lived just fine actually making money from all that devastation..
