Pushing Kids Into Suicide

Suicides in young people are NOT always a result of deeply thought-out and independently made personal decisions. Some children were pushed and groomed into killing themselves by others.

For years, anonymous Internet weirdos would connect to vulnerable children, pretend to be attractive boys or girls looking for a friend, and after gaining confidence, would groom and later push these children into killing themselves. Those weirdos call themselves “blue whales” and use blue whale symbolism, as the 2019 Sun article explains.

Blue Whales have secret forums to exchange tips, techniques, etc. They would share ongoing conversations that they were having with vulnerable teens for the best suggestions on how to proceed to push them into killing themselves.

The Blue Whale suicide game is believed to be a social media group which is encouraging people to kill themselves.

There are hundreds of thousands of posts relating to the sick trend on Instagram.

It's thought a group administrator assigns daily tasks to members, which they have to complete over 50 days.

The horrific tasks include self-harming, watching horror movies and waking up at unusual hours, but these gradually get more extreme.

On the 50th day, the controlling manipulators behind the game reportedly instruct the youngsters to commit suicide.

The Sun article above may have many details wrong, but it got the gist right. The targets of “blue whales” were lonely and suggestible young people desperate for company and validation. They would clutch the friendly hand extended to them by “blue whales” as a drowning person would proverbially clutch at straws — looking for anyone to have a connection with.

Blue Whales used fake avatars and would pretend to be good-looking people of appropriate age - to gain the trust and romantic interest of their mystery interlocutors. Once the trust and dependency were gained, suicide talk would begin.

The objective of the “blue whale” game was to kill as many victims as possible by talking them into suicide.

Deaths were celebrated, scores were kept, and winners were announced.

This is a famous USA case of similar activity of a “blue whale” girlfriend who intentionally pushed her “boyfriend” to commit suicide. Michelle Carter was bored, and befriending a boy and making him kill himself was her way of having fun.

Blue Whales are Now Mainstream

This blue whale game, as nasty as it is, would probably be a footnote in history for most of us — if not for what happened later. Now, suicide is good for us, is glorified, promoted, and is also a great way for governments to save money that would otherwise be spent on unworthy people.

Canada is busy expanding its “assisted dying” program to include minors, who doctors will be able to kill via medically assisted suicide without parental consent if the proposed law passes:

Yes, Money is Involved

Canada Expects “significant savings” from its ever-expanding medical suicide program. Canada’s CBC is gloating over “savings” coming from medically killing useless and high-maintenance Canadians, detailed by CBC’s Kelly Malone:

As they say, money talks. Savings from suicide make sense only for useless eaters: an economically productive individual who is expected to pay large amounts of future taxes is always worth saving. Therefore, the talk about saving money via “medical suicide” always applies to “useless” people, no longer expected to bring economic benefit.

Suicide may make sense for some people: if I ever find myself ill with incurable cancer and in extreme pain, this is something I would reluctantly consider. However, money considerations present perverse incentives, and glorifying suicide is always unethical.

Talk to Your Children

If you have children older than 11-12 years, talk to them about suicide. Most teenager suicides are spur-of-the-moment decisions worsened by not having a caring adult present, being unable to talk to supportive parents, or being unprepared for sudden embarrassment. Tell them that

• They should talk to you if they are contemplating suicide, and you will take them seriously.

• It is normal to be unceremoniously dumped by love interests.

• Embarrassing situations, like classmates sharing nude pictures, happen (especially if they send out nude pictures to classmates), and ultimately nobody cares about such stuff.

• Family scandals and social bullying happen everywhere.

• Life is not over just because a college rejected them or some such.

This will hopefully help in the unlikely case of a “blue whale” contacting your child or a much more likely chance of something stressful suddenly happening.

All people are valuable, whether they are mentally ill or not, whether they are parents or not, etc.

However, the cold and hard biology of human reproduction is that only the people who successfully reproduce would have any stake in the future after their eventual demise.

We are seeing numerous attempts to reduce the population and reproduction of people. The factors that reduce birth rates are numerous: the child-free movement, Covid vaccines, gender changes, assisted suicide, and so on.

But encouraging suicide among young and vulnerable people is just about the worst way to reduce our numbers.
