The answer to this question is, "Yes"!  Man-Made Weaponized Viruses/weaponized vaccinations.

Dr. Horowitz speaks to this monumentally important subject, in his book, "Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola", quoted above. Dr. Horowitz uses almost 600 pages to prove that the United States deliberately created the AIDS virus as a weapon and then began to spread it through the African population through "free" United Nations vaccinations. Gay populations were deliberately infected through "health trials" conducted in major U.S. cities. In this book, Dr. Horowtiz speaks as the physician he is, and he is totally credible. We will quote him from his book, "Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola".

"Strecker's first point was that AIDS was nonexistent in Africa prior to 1975, and had it been the result of monkey bites occurring in the 1940's, as some alleged, the epidemic should have occurred in the 1960's and not late 1970's, owing to the twenty-year timetable for case incidence doubling. More telling, Strecker obtained documents through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that showed the United States Department of Defense (DOD) secured funding from Congress in 1969 to perform studies on immune-system-destroying agents for germ warfare. Strecker alleged that, soon thereafter, the WHO [World Health Organization], funded by the DOD, began experimenting with a lymphotrophic virus that was produced in cows but could also infect humans. The WHO, Stricker noted, also launched a major African campaign against smallpox in 1977, which involved the urban population ...

"The World Health Organization started to inject AIDS-laced smallpox vaccine into over 100 million Africans (population reduction) in 1977. Let us stop right here now to digest what we have just learned. The United States Government introduced AIDS-contaminated vaccine into the black African population through "free" smallpox vaccinations in 1977! This means that smallpox vaccinations have already been used in recent history to kill tens of millions of innocent people!
