I'm pretty sure I heard there is a statute in DC prohibiting wearing masks if you're over 12- so IDK exactly how that part will play out... we'll see!

Buy the white face makeup, add a black goatee/mustache and eyebrows with wigtape or other adhesive and it looks almost the same but it's not a "mask"!  That would make it very hard to enforce because it's not a  mask.  Good post Frances - thanks for sharing.
