NSA Utah Data Center ordered built by Obama solely for illegal domestic spying

domestic spying and theft

The NSA’s Utah Data Center was ordered built by Barack Obama for one purpose – Obama’s Domestic Surveillance Directorate.   The NSA Utah Data Center isn’t spying on foreign countries it is illegally spying on Americans and stealing their trade secrets, banking information, inventions, designs and private information.  Obama is using the NSA data mining center to defraud Americans.

The NSA Utah data Center is part of Obama’s June 2010 order to create NSA and Pentagon special cyber units to carry out cyber espionage and sabotage attacks against the United States people.  NETCOM USCYBERCOM was the first to carry out Obama’s illegal orders by conducting cyberspace operations in support of full spectrum operations to ensure the Crown (the same Crown who the American people revolted against and fought and won their Independence from 1776) control of  cyberspace, and to deny the same to adversaries.  US soldiers have now begun a new type of geopolitical warfare – cyber warfare.

US soldiers from NETCOM USCYBERCOM have been ordered by Obama to  gain unauthorized access to digital systems for purposes of misappropriating assets or sensitive information, corrupting data, or causing operational disruption.  Operations are also carried out in a manner that does not require gaining unauthorized access, such as by causing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on websites (i.e. presscore.ca).  Their attacks are not limited to foreign computer systems.  They have been illegally authorized by Obama to spy on Americans (domestic spying) and to misappropriate American citizens’ assets or sensitive information, to corrupt  media, corporate and technical data, and cause operational disruptions to trade, commerce, banking, transportation, water systems, and energy systems including nuclear reactors – future false flag attacks.

No business, private or government systems are exempt from cyber attacks by the NSA and NETCOM USCYBERCOM. Not even the computers of the US Congress and House of Representatives.  The US is, without a doubt, under “undeclared” martial law.  The US military now carry out military operations inside the continental United States and against US citizens.  A direct violation of the Posse Comitatus Act.

Spying on Americans and gaining unauthorized access to systems for purposes of misappropriating assets or sensitive information, corrupting data, or causing operational disruption by the NSA or by any member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar law enforcement activities is a gross violation of statute Constitutional law.  Obama does not have legislative, judicial or executive authority to authorize the NSA to spy on Americans nor use the US military as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws.

Domestic spying logo

The above image is the new NSA domestic spying logo.   The NSA Utah Data Center has the same logo on its website http://nsa.gov1.info/utah-data-center/.  Makes it very hard for the NSA and Obama to deny they are illegally spying on Americans when your logo has the words “DOMESTIC SURVEILLANCE” written on it.
