A Montreal police will apparently be meeting with his superiors after something he said to a homeless person during this intense cold.
The incident was captured on video.
The officer appears to be scolding the man, who's wearing only a T-shirt and cut-off jeans, and threatens to tie him to a pole if he doesn't listen.
The man taping the incident then confronts the officer saying the threat is unacceptable.
The police department tweeted it is aware of the video and called the officer's actions "unacceptable."
Word has it the officer in question will meet with a superior.
