Of course it does, and that is precisely the point of what the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors are doing: taxing and regulating the small farmers out of business, which will eliminate any competition to Big Ag. Then, once the small farmers are bankrupted and their property sold or confiscated, the land can be cleared of "useless eaters" in accordance with Agenda 21.

It appears the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors have no compunction about violating their code of ethics which requires their actions be impartial and fair, as well as constitutional.

Mr. R. Holder Trumbo, Jr, Mr. Chester W. Stribling, Mr. Peter B. Schwartz, Mr. D. Lee Sherbeyn, and Mr. Christopher N. Granger, here's my question for each one of you: Have you even read the U.S. Constitution with the original 13th amendment? If you had, you would know that many of your actions as government officials are unconstitutional.

And Mr. Schwartz, as an attorney, you are constitutionally ineligible for public office, and the only action which would be honorable on your part would be to resign from your county board position immediately.

They probably have a "sustaniable development commitee". All part of the implementation of the Agenda 21 plan and keeping the slaves in check.
