Ukraine's Government was toppled in 2014 under Obama/Biden. This was set in motion in 2014 when the US backed the Ukraine Coup. The clowns 'CIA" ousted the last corrupt Ukrainian leader and installed a Corrupt pro NWO U.S. puppet Zelenskyy, via Dominion voting machines. They set up several secret Biolabs and used Uktain to launder money, many say they also have secret DUMB used for human traficking of men women and children.  For years Ukraine resources were stolen and used to enrich several corrupt people inside the U.S. government.
