A Georgia grad student is battling back after a rare allergic reaction blistered off most of her skin.
Khaliah Shaw, 24, has begun to regrow her hair, and her eyesight is slowly coming back, but she’s a long way from the on-the-move young woman she was two years ago
“I was never at home,” she told Fox Los Angeles. “I had three different jobs, in school, loved hanging out with my friends.”
Shaw started taking the anti-seizure medication Lamotrigine in late 2013 as part of a cocktail of drugs to fight bipolar disorder, and the medication soon triggered a horrific reaction.
Early flu-like symptoms gave way to blisters stretching from her eyes to the soles of her feet.

Bless her heart! That is awful! Sharing this, maybe folks will flush that stuff. I think I'd rather be unbalanced.
