| A letter from Cirino just arrived in response to my letter he received on February 26, 2010, which I sent him on February 12, 2010. In this letter he states that he was informed by Mr. Hamlin of a Lt. Rooney having ‘locked up’ Cirino’s phone account (without any reason given when asked). This was done without Cirino being warned or informed at all. He complained about his phone problems and was then told about the block. He intends to question Lt. Rooney and expects to get thrown in “the hole” as a means to shut him up. He expressed his willingness to reply to all letters/emails as he gets them and will continue to ‘tweet’ (any delays or omissions are the results of the BOP misconduct). He encourages others to continue writing, calling, & emailing to the BOP & the Attorney General despite any threats to his safety. Wow, do you believe in numerology ? Just the first thing I noticed , and was my reason for even clicking on this disscussion....alot of similar numbers... 2/26/2010, 2/12/2010, 3/15/2010(2+0+1+0=3), 33years old....and I wouldn't have even been aware of this case without 12160. Letters mean everything in the joint. I'll definately send him a birthday kite.Stay strong,good sir.
