Is this reliable? Can anyone out there backtrack this to see if there's anything in it? I honestly don't know what to think anymore. I cannot see Putin wanting to back the US government in anything, especially civil unrest. I also don't see him as a NWO type- even that old creep Kissinger admitted that Putin is a patriot, and selling out to the globalist cabals is the death of Russian sovereignty. It would be in Russia's best interest to destroy the NWO rather than submit to it.
