According to this article, Schwarzenegger is stationing National Guard forces at the border, to consolidate the border against drug-traffic and illegal immigrants. Obama wants 224 troops for the California-Mexico border.

On the Arizona situation, some police officers who themselves originally were illegal immigrants, don't want to have to obey Arizona's new law. These polls on border issues are not really fair to Americans who are born Americans (I don't think), if former illegal immigrants are allowed to count.

Mexicans don't think the same way Americans and Canadians think, and they don't have the same values. As part of the de-Globalization, I think people who want to immigrate to the U.S. or Canada, should be people who fully endorse and want to integrate with our values.
