Robert, you can find stevia at most natural food stores. Here's some info about natural food stores in Montreal. I'm sure you have local resources to find others.
Found this on a forum: There aren't any Whole Foods Markets in Quebec. However similar ones in Montreal include: Fleur Sauvage Natural Foods, 5561 avenue de Monkland, Rachelle-Bery on St-Laurent and Frigo Vert (near Guy Metro). However, there are Whole Foods Markets in Toronto, Vancouver and some other locations. An email, letter or phone call requesting a store in Montreal would be helpful.

Ha Ha, you guys are too funny! Those toothaches were probably a result of those awful mercury fillings that release toxic vapors and eventually break down and release even more when they are removed.

My old fillings had mecury in them but now they are not done with Mercury. I think the mercury were the grey fillings I had. Im glad you liked the video :)

Are your new fillings white to match your teeth? If so, that's a better choice. It's hard to believe but some dentists are still pushing the mercury!!
