Many folks from across the world believe that the Tartarian Empire did exist, was a country of huge proportion that covered much of Russia and had territories within in a vast number other countries. The culture was rich, diverse, highly refined and had exquisite architecture accomplishments that stretched across the empire itself and into Europe and the world beyond. The inhabitants all spoke one language Tartarian and may have written that language in a number of alphabets other than their own. It is believed that this culture was erased from history both by natural disaster and retaliatory intent by parties unknown. As interesting snippets of info come through on this topic I'll post them here and feel free to join the discussion if the issue interests you.

ah ha - a Tartarian cuisine component lurks inside good old Tartar Sauce. Who would have thought. Well you are onto it Burbia. Now upon research we learn that Tartar sauce did not come about for chips and seafood purposes. It was created as a garnish to be eaten with raw beef ! The famous French ( fallacy) recipe of Beef Tartare that inadvertently took off world wide after mistakenly being included in French cookery books but it was really created for the sole purpose to make Tatars look uncivilised and gross. Later the French tried to change the name to Stake a la Americaine Of cause, but unfortunately for them the new name never took off. Bon appetite.
