I lent my collection of print Nexus magazines (1994-2004) to a friend recently and he tried Borax, to positive effect.

growing up my mother and grandmother always had a box of borax. i found some at the grocer a couple of years ago and it brought back a flood of memories so i purchased some. I've been using it as an all purpose cleaner. now i will try to ingest some and check the results.

Hi, it's not a cleaner , it's a water softener = decalcifies hard water. Regards.
