It is The Star, but I think the video is legit, and I do not think that is a drone. Every square inch of (US armed forces) drones don't glow like a neon tube. In addition, they are far from this agile. Hundreds of tracer rounds are fired at the thing, unsuccessfully.

Looks like CGI or for the older folks ,remember the video game "alien invaders" at least the sound track sounds the same. How come these "big foot vids are always FUZZY?????????
