i understand it to be a yeast, but equally yeast needs sugar; it brews like beer, so reduce the sugar and acidity and improve the oxygenation, and she's all apples.
aerobic exercise is the ideal way to highly oxygenate, but the cheats way is 3.5% hydrogen peroxide (without preservatives or additives) swished around in the mouth for a few minutes, then spat out, and some water down the hatch to grab the residual h202 on the mouth lining, making for highly oxygenated water... do it many times a day and watch the cancer heal.
