With 2013 the nets have helped to rise the level of consciousness and awareness, of the POSITIVE QUANTUM,  that people need to participate in care of their societies. 2014 awaited further rise, as the necessary mass volume is not sufficient power to undertake institutional changes. So those being aware will make more effort to mobilize and teach the ignorant and awake the dormant, and try the opposite ones to switch to the Quantum of good format. This wave of such Activism will cover the Planet so the United Nations Institution will be reset and put above USA present World's policing.

   The Opposite Side, NEGATIVE QUANTUM,  will be reacting with brutality, threat, all kinds of terror (PR, Police, Military, Financial, Economic, Ecologic-Drugging/Poisoning, Cyber cutting, Electronics. So the POSITIVE QUANTUM will struggle to INFORM ABOUT such awaited actions, maintain the gained level and rise it.

   New Communication Tools of Higher Level in Communication will be introduced. One of them is USING BRAIN THOUGHTS WAVES to INFLUENCE on NEGATIVE QUANTUM. The Negative Quantum has already developed electronic means to terrorize.

   The POSITIVE QUANTUM will educate and inform it's swarm about this threat, search and inform others  about all known and discovered techniques.
