The Occupy movement is something that has yet to come into fruition.

So many people are united against banker bonuses, CEO millions, elitist-capitalist-greed, but we have yet to see the mass-call for a better minimum wage. If people can rally in thousands to shout, scream and bang pots or pans at the elite then why in God's name hasn't the mass protest for minimum wage increase happened?

The real problem is that minimum wages are far too low in many countries. Whether you are British, American or Chinese, -people do not enjoy scraping the barrel every week...If we just had better wages then our quality of life would be so much better...

Chinese factory workers however recently protested against their extremely low wages, and as a result the industry bosses knew that they had mutiny on their hands, and so now the Chinese workers receive double the wage that they were a couple of years ago.

Britain or America's minimum wage barely keeps a roof over your head and doesn't feed you properly- let alone give you cash to enjoy your life.  Brits are sick of their low quality of life due to low minimum wages, and instead of calling for a better minimum wage, people riot against the few greedy swine who just cannot be stopped.
WE WON'T BE ABLE TO DEFEAT THE FAT CATS- GET IT??? THEY HAVE TOO MUCH POLITICAL COVER FOR US TO STOP THEM.

So if we can't stop the few greedy elite from being corrupt, then we have to approach the problem from a different route- and calling for a minimum wage increase would give people more cash, more freedom, more peace of mind.

People have been side-tracked with political party nonsense and are wasting time arguing which foreign policies are valid or invalid, worrying about the human rights of other nations- when quietly in the shadows, the elite have been constructing new ways to make massive amounts of profit from war, from poverty, from house repossession and from the bailouts. They generally make money from making people miserable and weak.

In reality we should be protesting for an increase of the minimum wages in our countries, and not just once...Every year we have to return to the streets and Government offices to shout for more minimum wages- or nothing will change in our lives. The only thing you can do to improve your life is demand a much higher minimum wage.

We won't get anywhere by just being angry at fat cat elitists who each receive millions each year. It's time for a new protest, one that calls for an improvement in our own lives. Put your life and family first and forget the political games which side-track and anger you.  Get out on the streets and call for a much higher minimum wage. It's the only approach that has not yet been tried, and no other suggestion to the economic depression has succeeded in improving anything for anybody- except for the rich and elite, who are just getting richer while people get poorer...

Let's put it this way.  Today you have a family and a wage that is so low that life is almost hardly worth living. If you don't call for a better wage, then in a couple of years when your job gets outsourced to an overseas company, then you will very quickly fall.  How can you put cash away for the probable emergency of losing your job when today's minimum wage is so low?  You need more money today, to save your own future and that of your family. Or aren't you and your family worth it?

It is sad that people are so caught up in politics, when big business is the real issue. Your own income won't go up enough with gradual increases each year that falls below inflation of prices. You have to demand more or you will wake up in a situation where it is all too late.

Please pass this message on to others. Call for a much higher minimum wage. It is the only answer to the problems that the majority of us face...
