Being completely blindsided by malicious US targeting programs lead to myself researching the science of mind control. This has lead me on a path of researching whistleblowers, perusing the internet for this information, searching social media for testimonies and many other modalities of obtaining knowledge. This quest for truth has lead me to a possibility that cell phone towers have been very likely double rigged as directed energy weapons.
According to the 20th century Neuroscientist Dr. Jose Delgado it only takes 1/50th of the energy level of the Earths electromagnetic field to carry out electromagnetic mind control, cell towers have more than ample capability of doing this if rigged correctly.
By 1985, Dr. Delgado was able to create these effects using only a radio signal sent to the brain remotely, using energy concentrations of less than 1/50th of what the Earth naturally produces. This discovery implied that frequency, waveform and pulse rate (modulation) were the important factors rather than the amount of energy being used.
Several Whistleblowers speak of or strongly imply cell phone towers are being used as directed energy weapons. Two well known and reputable whistleblowers are Ex-CIA Engineer Dr. Robert Duncan and Ex-Royal Navy Scientist Barrie Trower.
Cell Phones use RF Energy/Microwaves. The same type of energy used in electromagnetic mind control, electronic telepathy - v2k, virtual reality/synthetic dreams, and potentially remote neural monitoring. Brain waves are RF Energy, our thoughts work with RF Energy. Essentially cell phone towers are emitting the same type of energy as our brains, they would just need to be rigged to produce the proper frequency, waveform, and modulation (pulse rate) and be set up with sophisticated enough black project science guidance systems and they would be able to remotely mind influence the population. I believe this is what happened.
When all this first started happening to me I was more or less awestruck by the capabilities to control thought and the mind, it was really a major quandary of mine. I believe I have deciphered how black project mind control is done. Electromagnetic mind control is carried out by pencil thin pinpoint electromagnetic radiation to the brain, what I call directed energy weapon neuroscience to automate certain functions of the brain. Electromagnetic mind control can feel like you are thinking it yourself, and is possible to be done completely covertly.
Mind Influencing is not the only thing cell phone towers can do. Interferometry can likely be done by these cell towers too, which is environmental scanning using electromagnetic sources.
Thousands of targeted individuals across the country and planet are afflicted with sinister, crude, and evil programs using black project science to torment and torture targets. The evidence points to cell phone towers and satellites being the technological culprit. As we know, cell towers are now installed worldwide nearly everywhere, so this torture and mind control grid is basically inescapable. We need a Church Committee 2.0/3.0 to bring awareness to these crimes and potentially put a stop to the majority of them.
If targeted individuals do not have some sort of hero champion their cause in Washington they may have to wait until the technologies tormenting them become discovered in the public domain before any sort of real societal support can happen. Who knows, maybe after we can record our thoughts with our iPhone's, targeting will be harder to carry out.
Despite the large amount of evidence and documented proof of mind control merely mentioning these reality's can trigger assets to want to lock you up in a psyche ward. The system is completely rigged against targeted individuals and rigged to suppress the truth.
