Former Supreme Justice of WA, Richard Sanders, defending Linda Jordan from paying a $13000 fine, got the fine brought down to $3500, which is reasonable and exactly what he was asking for. No matter what they think of birthers, this shows that the courts are now afraid of the birthers. The courts are giving up the idea behind the fine, which was to punish the birthers and act as a detterent for other cases, being brought to court to question Obama's birth certificate. This opens the way for the many other birther cases, in courts, nationwide. This marks a precedent and opens the way for more favorable court rulings. Obama's days are counted now. Richard Sanders can now be used to plead many other birther cases in America. He's of the opinion that Obama's birth certificate is a fraud and has said so in videos.
