Federal US District Court Judge Robert P. Patterson Jr. has dismissed the class-action litigation suit brought against JP Morgan (and originally HSBC) regarding silver market-rigging. Judge Patterson cited lack of specifics and claims of bad intent necessary to bring the suit to trial.

Perhaps Judge Patterson never bothered to actually read the litigation, because if he did, (assuming he was not paid off) he would have come to the same conclusions we did when the suit was filed in September of 2011:

The lawsuit completely exposes JPMorgan’s silver manipulation from insiders’ perspectives for ALL TO SEE.

We’re talking your wife streaking on the field during the opening kick-off of the Super Bowl type of exposure.

Regarding Federal US District Court Judge Robert P. Patterson Jr's dismissal of the silver lawsuit for patently specious reasons:  Let us apply "Occam's Razor" to help us understand what happened. William of Occam wrote "The simplest explanation is usually the best explanation."

CAN YOU SPELL B-L-A-C-K-M-A-I-L?  Is there another paradigm that so easily and simply explains the unexpected twists and turns by those we think we know. Consider Chief Justice Roberts "finding" Obamacare constitutional when the trial went so strongly against it. Here is a letter I wrote to a friend regarding a prediction I made about the Supreme Court being blackmailed. Included is a letter I sent Charles Krauthammer following the high court "finding" Obamacare constitutional:

Dear Mary Lou,

To your first two paragraphs, let me add a heartfelt "Amen!"

I had a very bad feeling when the Supreme Court "found" Obamacare constitutional. You may have received one of my emails in which I made the following prediction after the Obamacare "trial" but prior to the Supreme Court decision "finding" Obamacare constitutional.

I said I think the Supreme Court is being blackmailed by the International Banksters. I said if I am correct, Obamacare will be found constitutional despite the show against Obamacare put on by the high Court. If I am wrong, they will find Obamacare un-constitutional.

You may find it interesting to read a couple of letters I sent:

MY ANSWER TO A POST ON PATRIOT UPDATE TUESDAY MAY 22, 2012:

Richard, You are correct in identifying "well-funded international interests that desire to destroy and have groomed and placed many in our government, for the express purpose of staging the surrender of our sovereignty.” If you have in mind vote fraud as part of the "tampering," you are again correct. In the "mentally tampering and intimidated" category, I respectfully suggest you add BLACKMAIL as the third rail of the American political paradigm. Search Bohemian Grove and then search any "powerful" political figure and Bohemian Grove to see if there is a record of their having visited the Grove. If they have and if they participated in the Cremation of Care ceremony, they most likely were unaware the Grove is one of the world's most minutely recorded "sound stages."   Search “sex slaves at the Bohemian Grove” to see that testimony.  I think the "blackmail model" best answers and explains the astounding control exercised by the International Banksters (and the Federal Reserve) over Congress, judges (search Antonin Scalia and bohemian grove), highly placed military officers, the media and so much more. I suspect there are many “bohemian groves” scattered around the world used for the same purpose, to corrupt, pervert, blackmail and control the media and the politicians they entrap. The fact Scalia and other judges have visited the Grove causes me to believe Obamacare will be “found” constitutional despite the “fake arse whipping” handed the government lawyers by the Supreme Court justices. We shall see. If Obamacare is FOUND Constitutional, that will be strong confirmation of my BLACKMAIL PARADIGM. Search David Brin for additional information on the blackmail of public employees.

Here is a copy of my letter to Chas. Krauthammer in response to his justifying Chief Justice Robert's actions:

Dear Mr. Krauthammer,

I am 72 years old. Having observed the strange twists and turns of Congress and the courts these many years, I have been trying to find a common denominator for the madness that appears to have gripped our “brave defenders” of the Constitution in all three branches.

Is it the air they breathe? I have been in DC many times and, despite some short term frustration, I was the same person when I left Washington as when I arrived; so the madness must not be caused by the air. Same test for the water and the food; no change.

Bribery certainly comes to mind and to a limited degree I must assume bribery as one of the essential causes of the un-Constitutional madness pervading our courts and our national legislature. Certainly bribery was publicly demonstrated with a number of House members during the House vote for Obamacare.

For some time I have considered blackmail as the "missing link" in trying to determine exactly how the Powers that Be  (read as International banksters/Federal Reserve/ Money talks etc.) are able to exert such amazing control over our government. Do you recall the Tom Cruise character in the Grisham movie, The Firm, and how he was set up and blackmailed using one of man's most basic instincts, the desire for sex.

You are most likely aware of the reputation of the Bohemian Grove as "fantasy land" for the rich and powerful and the "perhaps may someday" be rich and powerful. What the partakers of "fantasy land" may not know but, shortly after their fantasy fulfillment they, like the Tom Cruise character, soon find out, the Grove is one huge soundstage, with every movement and every word recorded for posterity  blackmail.

If you and or your media friends have been "guests" of the Grove you, of course, are already aware of these facts.

For me, at the tender age of 72 and having observed the steady decline of our nation, blackmail is the one paradigm that seems to fit the bill. Can you think of anything else besides blackmail that would so completely answer the "Why in the world did he, or she, do such a radical thing?" Radical in that their action goes so contrary to their apparent  and expected action.

Were you impressed with the dog and pony show put on by the High Court as they skewered and grilled the government lawyers defending the seemingly indefensible Obamacare? I have personal courtroom experience of this type dog and pony show. Its "good cop/ bad cop" demonstrated by a single judge. I wrote to my email list of my blackmail theory, stating it would be confirmed by the Court upholding Obamacare, hoping all the while that "Wakefield's Theorem" would be proven wrong.

Sadly, I was right. Or perhaps you have a better and more satisfactory explanation for Chief Justice Robert's sea change from his vaunted "conservative" stance to supporting one of the most fundamental pillars of socialism/communism; socialized medicine having been identified by Vladimir Lenin as one of the great foundations of his communist paradise: "Socialized Medicine is the Keystone to the Arch of the Socialist State." That is what CJ Roberts voted for. He is as much a socialist as Obama, or, I am correct and CJ Roberts is being blackmailed.
