This seemed like a great idea that was turned to garbage by PBS in this establishment submissive pseudo-documentary:

The so-called reporter never asked why marijuana is illegal in the first place.  He also avoided looking into who makes the largest profits from marijuana being illegal.  He could have watched "The Union - the business behind getting high" and saved himself a lot of embarrassment.
