Learn how to create and operate pre-computer offices. (Learn how to do manual paperwork/filing/typing/transccription, AR/AP etc strategies from the 70's and 80's).

Think smaller businesses; single grocery items(one neighbor eggs for the town or neighbor chickens etc), bike shops, any kind of farming, woodwork, sewing, canning,etc. Use your Backwoods home to see what you need to develop to work while surviving. Remember always to barter.
