    Thanks so much for the warm welcome.  I was with this group awhile back, but some family health issues had to be dealt with.  I moved away from the Atlanta, Georgia area and moved to the mountain time zone.  I've been in Boise, Idaho for about 4 months now and I couldn't be more happy with the decision.  Its nice and quiet here, except for the occasional USAF jets flying in the area.  Mountain Home AFB is about 30 miles to the SE off I-84 in Elmore County.

    Yes. Unless we acknowledge and integrate our own personal demons, our megalomaniac tendencies, our own restless tyrants, we can never discover what lies in the subtle essence of the term 'freedom'.

    When freedom is no longer an issue, when it sits quietly smiling in our hearts then we have done our homework! Behind one shadow seems to always lie another - we have gathered them up over many lifetimes!!! Collectively our shadows have helped to place us exactly where we are today.We have to look deeply into ourselves and see what we have created! And how we can resolve this.

    We live in a polarity/a duality of energy fields. Love is a balancing energy - like day flows into night and night into day over and over. Neither is good or bad! Our life is a seasonal experience. We cannot embrace what life can potentially give us unless we understand that extremes - too much light (becoming part of the Love and Light Brigade!) and too much darkness (rebelling violently and militantly in hate for what is)seen on the outside are not what is needed to find our own truth....It is in the flow from one to the other - in the balancing out of the extremes that we can find our peace. I believe in understanding this we can create peace on Earth. But peace must first come from inside of us.... This is my truth though my experience.

    I am in love with life!
