    Count me in. Any ideas what you may need help with? I know a lot of local musicians too. As things progress I'll chat with them and see if they would be interested in featuring some of their music.

    I have some music on my computer. I'm not super comp savvy but I may be able to get some music up. Youtube is easy but others like vlc, and realplayer have given me trouble.

     

    As far as diff music I know a few songs from diff genres that would be most fitting. Just typing my response here I thought of like 10 songs. Plus when we get it going people will start to contribute. Just a matter of getting the ball rolling.

     

    I would suggest putting together a compilation of diff genres in diff formats. Make it user friendly. TLS is good like that. We'll have to see if he feels like being my wing man. Either way we'll get it done.

    Hi Tara, I have several more songs I could upload that relate to the topic. I was going to suggest that you have a player that was designated for original songs, but I think you already beat me to that idea.

    I'll upload some more songs in the coming days. I've been toying with the idea of taking these tapes back into the studio and get a fresh mix on them, since the stuff I've upload so far are about 10 generations down from the original recordings and each generation loses quality.

    I guess I can get them to you as they are for now and resend them if I get a better version later.

    I have several more songs written that have never been recorded in a studio that I would love to get on tape, but it’s a lot harder to do that without a band. My digital recorder is OK, but the quality is just not the same and it takes so much energy to write and play all the parts by myself, plus it limits me to my ability (or lack thereof)to play the instruments myself. lol

    I can’t wait to hear your new studio recordings, I’ll bet you’re getting excited to get that project out here!

Music can change the culture when it catches on like what happened to the soviets during the cold war our music fueled rebellion in their country.     Thanks, Tara. I have spent the last couple of years in quiet contemplation. Much of it was playing MMO games but I do not consider it a waste of time because I did meet and wake up several people who would otherwise never pay attention. I felt it was time to end my silence and add my voice to the ever growing roar of righteous indignation.
