MKULTRA began just after if not during WWII. 'Brain washing' or 'mind control' is the objective and MKULTRA was the part dealing with drugs as a mind control tool. In 1972-3, the Fort deitrick U.S. Army bio and chem warfare labs wewre raided by the justice department, machine guns in hand. The USSR/USA treaty was being violated MKNAOMI was and continued to be the escape pod program which continued, maybe to this day. The Project Monarch enterprise was the one which inclduded MKULTRA and MKNAOMI and surgical procedures to create the comprehensive 'Manchurian candidate'. I, personally, believe this was done to Obama. I studied lobotomies at the University of Washington Medical school library and the 'science stacks' library. pathological passivity and brain deficiency in moral and other higher brain functions occurs, with compensation for other damage varying in recovery.
