(Sputnik) – Voters in the state of South Carolina’s Richland County are being urged to review their final selections on glitchy touch-screen machines before submitting final ballots amid reports of votes being changed, a local television station reported on Tuesday. Voters said the final voting submission page failed to reflect their intended vote, saying their vote was "flipped" to a different candidate, News 19 television reported. I've worked in IT for many years. I have seen viruses take down servers, web sites crash, and thieves make off with billions in hacked banking transactions. But in 20 years I have never seen any computer program randomly "flip" one data input into it's opposite selection. These are not "glitches", folks. These are illegal efforts to sway elections. Any voting method without independent verification and auditing is inherently invalid.
