Snipes is a snake in the grass. I am sure that Gillum did not win....that's why she turned in the results late. Nothing surprises me about the Election Dept and how they jiggle around important results until they get the "right" result......

After completing the recount on time, Broward County submits their recount tabulations TWO minutes late, so the initial vote will count --- NOT the recount. You can't help but wonder who the recount favored and why Snipes handed it in late.
