A large fire has broken out at the Chevron oil refinery in Richmond.
KTVU News reports that the blaze can be seen for miles and that fire crews are en route to the scene.
SF Weekly posted a photo of the flames, which appear to be shooting into the air in massive plumes of smoke.
According to Chevron, no injuries have been reported. A shelter-in-place warning has been issued for Richmond residents, according to Mercury News.

A fire burning at a refinery in Richmond has prompted shelter-in-place orders for Richmond, North Richmond, and San Pablo. The Richmond and El Cerrito BART stations have been closed. The cause of the fire is unknown, but Chevron says all employees are accounted for and no injuries have been reported.
