Carlos Slim, 73, the Mexican telecoms tycoon, takes top spot as the "Richest Man on the Planet" with a staggering personal fortune of $66bn (£43bn). Second comes US investor Warren Buffet, 82, with $58bn. Microsoft owner Bill Gates places fourth with $54bn.
Moscow's reputation as a fountain of new wealth since the fall of the Soviet Union was enhanced once more as it was ranked billionaire capital of the world....
