"Footage shows homeless black man Milton Hall being shot at 46 times by police ... blood running down the street like water"

Cops shooting an unarmed man 46 times is definitely "LEWD" - but no punishment charged against them. However some supposedly sexually-related act (not mentioned in the article) results in both criminal and administrative sanctions. This country is indeed ethically screwed!!
