  It is more than possible that before turning HAARP loose on America, it was used during the Bush administration to cause an extreme drought in central Russia 4 or 5 years ago.  Hypothetically, the probability is high that in retaliation or quite possibly by the same HAARP apparatus, a huge HAARP circle was created off the California coast at least once to deflect marine air away from California. This HAARP circle is not up to debate. I saw the damn thing at dutchsinse.com. Dutchsinse.com is THE top website for answering questions about the huge increase in radical weather as of late, worldwide. The people of the world are under attack by the desperate monarchies of Europe. Especially England, Spain, Netherlands, and Belgium. Their agents in America are gutting and looting at will. You will not hear this on CFRtv or from your poodle mewling and prancing congressman.There is a war on. You are expendable to your leaders.Retired masterchief sees something, and he should dig at dutchsinse.com and record some of the past video/U.S.Weather satellite/HAARP events. Dutch records chemtrail/HAARP circle or scalar square/radical weather event sequences. I watched three in a row of his monitoring of the creation of weather events and he was correct in his prediction each time.They game the weather futures market and carpetbag resultant distressed farmland.

All the trees,animals,plants,insects,and its whole eco system are destroyed.If people were responsible for this,they should be locked away,indefinately.
