Did you see that guy? He attacked that innocent policeman's foot with his head! I guess now we're going to have to add on "Resisting Arrest" and "Assault on an Officer" to the list of charges.

Nothing like "kicking a guy when he's down" (literally) to prove how tough you are.  Well that and kicking puppies.

The Miami police union released a statement Wednesday defending an officer who kicked a handcuffed suspect in the head, claiming the officer was actually showing “great restraint.”

Officer Mario Figueroa’s defense rests on the claim that his kick missed the suspect’s head, but he was nevertheless charged with misdemeanor assault, The Miami New Times reported. The Fraternal Order of Police issued a statement saying Figueroa’s kick was a “de-escalation technique” and that he should not be charged with a crime.
