The Washington Two Step: FBI Concluded it Could NOT Have Averted Boston Attack

WASHINGTON — The F.B.I. has concluded that there was little its agents could have done to prevent the Boston Marathon bombings, according to law enforcement officials, rejecting criticism that it could have better monitored one of the suspects before the attack.

They could have easily prevented it...By not lighting the fuse! Just like 9/11 could have been prevented.

Well, they were too busy setting it up. If they read their emails from Russia's FSB they would know that those guys were Chechen terrorists with connections to the CIA.
