Yup, HAARP went active in DC yesterday and its been blasting like crazy in those patriot armed enclaves creating the destruction. I believe that is called murder when you do it intentionally. Watch the events over at dutchsinse.com. I have been watching dutch monitor weather formations and HAARP circle and 'scalar square' appearances just before radical weather events for about a year These of course are to be considered acts of God by the uninitiated. See 'Angels don't play these harps' and 'Weather wars, That's Impossible to see how they do it.
