Blowback, I really want some one to css up the place. You know make the place look less crapy in design.I am no artist and dangerous when left unattended while trying to do this :)

I can try and work some Constitutional imagery in. The thing about the background is I need to make it a small, tiling background image to keep load time down. I try to stay away from really image heavy backgrounds in the interest of keeping things less busy and more content focused. Let me see what I can do with the footer, I bet I can work in something cool to reference the good ol' Constitution. I'll post up a finalized home page in a couple of days and if you guys like it I'll finish out the design.

Thanks guys. I'll keep working on it and I bet I can get a full redesign of the whole website done in about 2 weeks. The problem is finding the right developer and getting the budget put together. I'd really have to discuss all this with James, but I bet we could really take this whole thing to the next level with a little bit of collaboration and teamwork.
