Even employees with disturbing mental issues now have to be "Included" in the workplace these days, and treated equal as all others. (because they are equal in the eyes of the Tax Department) There seems to be little regard for the concerns of non-mental workers until something goes wrong. According to study 1 in 6 identify with mental disorder at any given time around here.
