In modern times the concept was reintroduced by Uk, USA, Australia, Canada, and Then the European countries. Germany first targeted their own people ( the mentally challenged, disabled etc ) The parties did divide citizens into a "us" and "them". The welfare and the freedoms of the individual being cast aside for that of "the common good" The video above sheds light on the truth from a nursing perceptive.
