When Earth was turned into a prison planet and all the prisoners were forced to reincarnate only to Earth, the mess we see today was a lead pipe cinch. So, the prisoners turned Earth into a slave planet, with them as the masters. They created money to keep the slaves in line. Keep smiling, TPTB love idiots.
