Ripples in the sky (HAARP 'mirrors'?)
I didn't have a great camera to take this pic. However, if you look above the darker set of clouds and train your eye looking for ripples in the sky you should see them. Holographic sky? HAARP in use?

Take into consideration what Dutchsinse's recent video has to say about "Creating mirrors" in the sky to utilize HAARP, then this seems like a logical conclusion as to what this rolling/rippling like hazy cloud cover is.
