As far as I know they are looking at deportation to New Guinea and NZ as it seems some were actually born there by island hopping parents. As for many who may have no birth record I guess they would become stateless beings, could be sent anywhere at the slightest whiff of bad behaviour.

hahhahahah.  they are in a stronger position that most of us, they are still solely in the de jure, so the high court is going to block that rubbish.  but of course, it is just a shakeup to get them registered into the de facto to plunder their estates.
